So, today was another one of those days. I'm sure you're asking, "well what kind of day was it?" In short, typical. I started my day without my usual breakfast and headed off to class. Math-great. After math I had a million and one other things to do, and they got done. Not only is it my son's birthday this week, but his sister has a science project due too. I JUST DID ONE A FEW DAYS AGO FOR THE OTHER KID!! WTF?!! GREAT. Can I just say, HEADACHE. But, I love the kids.What would I have loved to accomplish today?
For starters, more homework. Then maybe some reading for fun-imagine that. If I was really lucky I would have maybe put together some more jewelry, but I'm not gonna push it. At this rate, I'm lucky if I get to shop for new beads.
The good news?
I called a friend of mine who needs some help and wants some bracelets made. YAYAYAY! So, in helping her the creative side of my brain is alive once again. So for that I'm thankful. As a craftygirl and mom, I've come to look forward to the little things. A sign that tells me that my creative side lives and breathes and hasn't left yet.
